Since 1999 MBM implements the “Total Quality Management”, an organizational model adopted by many International leading companies, originated in Japanese industry in the 1950's and successfully applied for the first time by Toyota.
TQM is a management philosophy that seeks to integrate all organizational functions (marketing, finance, design, engineering, and production, customer service, etc.) to focus on meeting customer needs and organizational objectives, in an effort of continuous improvement.
